O2Fitness prioritizes a personalized coach-athlete relationship. Following an initial meeting to assess your current level of fitness and discuss past training and future goals, Julie Young designs and develops a tailored training program to attain your individual goals.This plan is dynamic – Julie continues to develop it based on your progress and feedback.

Communication, feedback and personal interaction are keys to O2Fitness training program’s success. You are not simply emailed a generic workout plan, but are educated on the process of Why and How. This understanding is essential, and adds motivation and purpose to your daily workouts. Julie will also help you set challenging yet attainable goals. Consistently performing scientifically-based workouts toward specific goals produces results.

The final ingredient to reach your fitness and athletic goals is sticking with it – Julie provides that all-important accountability.
